The MN Department of Commerce is seeking applications from in-development solar systems, built in Xcel Energy's service territory, seeking approval to become community solar gardens. No funding is available through this program.

The Batch Process
Community solar applications will be reviewed in batches on a monthly basis. Each application round will be a standalone batch. The application window for each batch will be open for 21 days beginning on the 1st of each month.
