Lindsay found their passion for sustainability early in their career after graduating from the University of Wisconsin River Falls with a bachelor of science in marketing communications. Community is at the center of all the work Lindsay does, having worked in waste reduction as a Minnesota GreenCorps AmeriCorps member and then in a local government position with the City of Hastings, before joining GPI and CERTs.
Lindsay grew up in a rural village Wisconsin with more dairy cattle than residents. Along with clean energy, she has a passion for local, just, and sustainable food systems. Lindsay loves hiking and spending time in the woods, by the river, or in the mountains. She loves music and "nerdy activities" such as video games and Dungeons and Dragons in her free time.
Lindsay lives in Saint Paul with her spouse, dog, and cat. Along with working with GPI/CERTs, Lindsay is also the Sustainability Coordinator at the Saint Paul Farmers’ Market.
