What’s the story behind the MN 2025 Energy Action Plan? The Minnesota Department of Commerce and the Legislative Energy Commission are working with the Rocky Mountain Institute on a Minnesota’s 2025 Energy Action Plan (funded by the U.S. Department of Energy) with Great Plains Institute. As part of this effort, they have engaged an Advisory Committee to provide feedback on the plan and make it meaningful to folks in Minnesota. To gain feedback from Minnesotans statewide, CERTs will host events in Grand Rapids, Staples, Mankato, and St. Paul.
