    • 4:00pm – Rick Carter, Senior Vice President, LHB Associates – Performance Metrics: Actual Outcomes Measured in Building Projects. LHB uses a tool called Performance Metrics™ to understand the actual impact of the buildings we have designed. Such post-occupancy evaluations are rare – and potentially risky. LHB is currently taking that risk by assessing 80 (and counting) of the buildings we have designed between 1996 and today.
